Advocacy
In addition to our customary efforts in this area, we are proud to be part of the Canandaigua Local Development Corporation. As partners with the City and Town in this pro-business effort, we offer the LDC as an additional resource to firms and entrepreneurs looking to grow, relocate or reinvent their operations in Canandaigua. Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce works with elected officials to benefit our members and advance the region's economy. Our customary annual events - Legislative Luncheon, State of the County, and State of the City, Town and Local Development Corporation - offer members the opportunity to hear first-hand from their elected officials, what's happening in Albany, the County Seat and City Hall. Whether in-person or online, these events are lively, well-attended and offer opportunities for questions from the audience. See our events calendar for these and other opportunities.
